Show impact of comments left on pull requests

Current PR stats talk about the volume of comments, but they don't offer much signal to differentiate whether the comments being received are *useful* or distracting? If GitClear could measure Line Impact from commits that occurred in response to PR comments, that could provide a useful lens to glean whether the comments the user leaves are resulting in positive directions.
