Allow customer access to a REST API to get the data from GitClear reports progamatically

Yesss! I'd love a Simple Rest API where a user could request three stats: line impact for today, this week, this month, etc. https://gitclear.com/api/users/stats/[user_api_key]

Then under account settings a simple api key.

My use case is for a menubar app that will show a developers line impact for the day in comparison with their goal [====== ] 50%
